Writing Reboot

It’s time to start writing again.

I’m not sure how many times I’ve rebooted my writing. I’m sure it’s been at least a dozen times. It has been chiefly in niche writing too. I’ve covered, exclusively at times, the U.S. Coast Guard, general military, project management, cryptocurrency, business leadership, and family matters. Each of those subjects has been under their own sites and/or domains.

I can’t seem to find an exclusive niche to write under now. Of course, if you follow the advice of major “blogging brands” (or is it “writing brands” now?), you should find a unique topic and stay in it- if you want to get big. Here’s the thing, though, I don’t want to get big. I don’t need that kind of pressure in my life.

Here’s my plan: no plan.

That’s the plan. I will write about anything and everything (that I want to). Perhaps this would be a personal blog. Or maybe you can consider this an everything blog. I’d instead call it a writing experiment that I want to do long-term. My coverage will be “life as I live it.” That can translate to just about anything, so long as it pertains to my life.

With a pseudo/sorta plan in place, here’s to a new beginning. 🍻
